Well right next to pink anyways.
What am I talking about?
Why Pixee Stixs of course.
Glitter is absolutely thee best added touch to any scrapbooking page! I am in love with it and want it in every color! Good thing Pink Paislee offers so many colors to choose from!
)
Today I wanna share a few projects with you that I’ve used the glitter in.
This is a card I made for the show and as you can see in the close up I’ve cover the chipboard heart in white glitter. And just look at what a lovely touch it adds to the card. Rather than just a plain old white heart, I have a sparkly girl heart. What girl doesn’t like glitter? Ha.

In this next project I show you how I have use the glitter on the topsiders. This is a page from a mini album I did for the show. These are just a few pages.
What I did here on this first page was cut my topsider sticker just a bit smaller than what it comes and then applied some glitter to my chipboard piece, and next stuck it together. And now you can see a bit of glitter peeking out from my topsider.

This next page I used a topside chipboard without the sticker. Which is giving me double for my money. Now I have a glittered piece of chipboard for this project and later I will have a sticker for another project.
) I “heart” the topsiders.

I would also like to share my glittering technique with you.
Usually when I’m adding glitter it’s almost always to chipboard. Might it be alphas, shapes, or swirls, I love it to be glittery, but here’s the deal… Chipboard comes in all colors and if I just put glue on it usually my end result will have the chipboard color showing through. So here’s what I do to avoid that and just get a nice solid color of glitter. I pick out the color of glitter I am going to use and then I head over to my paint box and pick out the color of paint that matches closely enough to my choice of glitter. Next I paint my piece of chipboard and before it dries I sprinkle my glitter all over it. Make sure you have something under your chipboard before you sprinkle on your glitter that way you can scoop it back into your container. Waste not, Want not. LOL
Well I hope you enjoyed this post. Make sure you buy up some Pixee Stix when they hit the stores. Best glitter EVER!
