Mix It Up!

There are so many things that I love about Pink Paislee products! One of those things is that the lines are unique from one another, yet they have such a similar style. I have found that this makes it easy to mix and match the papers and still have a cohesive looking project.

Today, I’m sharing a few layouts. This one is from Alicia Giess. I just love how she mixed the Pop Fashion Leg Warmers paper with the flowers from the Spring Fling Spring Flowers paper . Adding pink to the flower centers really tied it together.  On top of that, she added a splash of the Office Lingo Lunch Hour paper. It’s such a gorgeous page!

This next page is one that I did a few weeks ago. I mixed the Spring Fling lines (Green Lace, Spring Flowers and Rain Showers papers) with Vintage Moon (Harvest Moon and Moon Pie papers). These two lines blend together so well! I added a couple of PP stamps and some Holly Doodle letters, too.

Finally, I decided to challenge myself and see how many lines I could use for the layout I created for today’s post.  How many do you see???

Well, I used the Office Lingo Roundtable Scallop as my base and adhered it to Vintage Moon Moon Glade. Then, I cut that to leave just a bit of the edge showing. I cut a large circle from the Pop Fashion Jellies paper and used Office Lingo Fast Track  and Outside the box to frame my photo.

Then, I used the Vintage Moon Moon Pie papers to create accents for my flowers and used a bit more of the Moon Glade paper as trim.

So, I ended up with three of Pink Paislee’s lines on this page! It was fun and easy.

The next time you go to create a layout, take a look at the range of colors that Pink Paislee has to offer. Then mix it up! I’m sure your results will be stunning.
