Do you have an easy time expressing your feelings on paper? To be honest, I have an easier time expressing myself on paper versus saying my feelings in person. That is one of many reasons why I love scrap booking. I look back through all the heartfelt journaling and I instantly get a smile on my face. My favorite way to journal is to basically ‘write a letter’ to someone.
That is what I chose to do on this layout. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my family. It seemed only fitting to write them a letter, explaining to them what they mean to me.
I took some of the Postcards and placed them randomly through the layout. That way I had plenty of room to journal. And the GREAT thing about these Postcards is…they don’t cost more than a sheet of paper! I also took one of the die cut tags and cut it in half, placing it below my photo to finish up what I couldn’t with the Postcards.
I mainly used the Cupid line (which starts shipping in December), also incorporating some paper from the Amber Road line. I love the how these two lines mix together!
If you haven’t tried writing a letter to someone as your journaling, you should. You will be thankful you did years from now!
