Are you all frantically trying to get everything finished?? Is the to-do list still a mile long…..are the children hyper with the thought of Santa’s visit tonight? If you answered YES to more than one of these questions, then you need a well deserved break. Go & grab your self something delicious & warm to drink & pull up a chair……I’ll wait……
OK, all settled? I know it isn’t a holiday themed page but I thought you might want to update your Christmas list for Santa at the last minute after seeing this delicious collection.
This page highlights a BIG scrapping trend right now. Have you noticed whimsical clouds floating across pages & gorgeous butterflies dancing through gardens of hand made flowers? Well I certainly have & thought I’d put a page together doing just that, using the *NEWLY RELEASED* Cupid Collection!

- Using a piece of Bow & Arrow roughly draw yourself some cloud shapes on the underside & cut them out. Then take a fine tipped black pen & carefully doodle a line around the edges for emphasis.
- For the butterfly fold a piece of paper in half & cut any butterfly shape . If you don’t feel confident to do this, a stamped, punched or die cut one will do just as well. Again doodle around the edges of the wings. Some green glittery feelers from the Limeade Expressions Glitter Alphabet sticker sheet will finish her off beautifully!
- Next you need to grow a flower garden, using Hearts Bloom paper, a pair of sharp little scissors & a lot of patience, cut out a variety of flowers, stems & leaves. Use 3D puff squares to layer them & add dimension to the blooms as well as dimensional glaze here & there for extra twinkle.
- The next step is to cut a mini bracket shape out of the Hearts & Bloom pink gingham, doodling the edge like the other elements.
- Cut a few extra shapes from the Cupid-Postcard paper in case you need more for layering.
- Now with all your newly made accents layer them together with your photographs onto a base page made with Cupid Bullseye.
- Just have fun…layer…layer & layer some more, even your title using Berry-Blue Expressions Glitter Alphabet stickers can sit loosely over your clouds.
- Finish up with some Borderline stickers, journaling, stitching, pom-pom braid & a few extra premade flowers & you have a cute page, high on fun!!!
