Hi everyone,
Amanda Muirhead here with my very first blog post since joining the creative team at Pink Paislee (someone pinch me!). I was pretty excited to learn that my first blog post would be on a Friday. I think the Take 5 Friday idea was made just for me. I’m the kind of gal who loves to use lots of lots of product on my page so 5 was easily attained. Actually, I think I used closer to 10 products but who’s counting that closely!?!
This layout is about how happy it makes me to watch my daughter, Larissa, just playing. I snapped this photo of her during an unusually warm Canadian November.
When I am creating a layout, I always reach for the die cut paper first. I am just drawn to any shape other than a square. I love the flip notes and the die cuts for creating all those fun layers. The pleated ribbon…oh I could go on and on about it. I don’t own a (working) sewing machine right now so it’s just perfect that Pink Paislee has done all the hard work for me. I just need to glue it down. Here are some more products that I used on this layout: 365 Degrees Borderlines Clear, 365 Degrees Bella Brads, 365 Degrees Punch Out Die Cut Tags, Expressions Weather Wood – Cotton Chipboard Alphabets and Artisan Tape Orange and Expressions Whimsies Alphabets – Pear
Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Be sure to show off what you make using your favourite Pink Paislee products at LivePink!
