I have a home decor project and a sketch to share with you today.
I created this sketch myself, which I used for inspiration on this printer’s tray, but you could certainly use this sketch for creating a layout too!
I used the Queen Bee line of mini papers, cork buttons, brads and the white Expressions weathered wood alphas. Love this line with the black background, very soothing and sophisticated!
When I create a home decor item, I always try to make things that I would actually hang in my home, so I really love the elegant feel to the Queen Bee line.
I dressed up the chipboard letters in the title just a bit with some yellow pearls. The little flowers were created with lace and hot glue. I found a nice quote on-line about family and thought it went great with the photos I picked out to use. “There’s nothing more comfortable than family.” So true!

The simplicity makes it more beautiful than ever. The Queen Bee worked so well with the black tray. Perfect! Love it so much!

I love the colors of this line. Great for older kids as well as the kindergarten set. It somehow reminds me of Harry Potter, British inspired. Love it all, Janet

I love this new collection! It’s very versatile and can be used for boys & girls! My oldest “old school” memory is being in Kindergarten & having snack – milk & graham crackers. I still enjoy that snack all these years later!
I love anything having to do with school!!! This line is rocking!! Love the faded out colors and all the notebook lines. My favorite “Old School” Memory would have to be My H.S. Pep Rallies. Hanging out with all my girlfriends and just cheering on our Team!!! Good Times!!!
Thinking my Favorite would have to be the Faux Bois Mini Album. I love making them!! My second favorite “old School” Memory would have to be our School Dances, just soo much fun!!! Dressing up and dancing all night long!!!
I love making School albums for my boys. This is a great match for them.
