Hey everyone! I am closing Color Crush week today with a spring layout using these gorgeous colors:

Sometimes I have a photo that does all the speaking for me and this was one of them. I didn’t feel the need for journaling and wanted my photo front and center, surrounded by all the lovely bits and pieces from Cottage Farms and Hope Chest. I cut several frames on my Cameo to surround my little lady.

I used a little bit of everything on this page… there is plenty of Cottage Farms and snippets of Hope Chest but I also included blues from Portfolio, She Art rub-ons, Mistables trim around the outside frame, a smidgen of London Market, and even a glittered brad from Mistetoe and Co. (yes, I am a hoarder!) It’s pretty fantastic how all those lines coordinated.

I gave this page texture by using foam tape between my layers and by using lots of materials. There is the softness of the twine and trim, the burlap butterfly and flowers, sparkle from pearls and the brad, a wood spool top, buttons, and metal from the sweet paper clip butterfly and the pins. All these textural differences make me happy!

This color combination is not my usual look but I ended up falling in love with its softness by the time I was done with my page. It was the perfect companion for my baby girl’s picture.

Thanks for coming by to visit this week and check out this lovely palette!
