We are excited to introduce our second guest artist for June to you today, Adrienne Alvis! As you will see, she loves to use color, lots of layers and techniques. As a multi-talented scrapbooker, she creates cards, layouts and even Project Life spreads!
Hello everyone! My name is Adrienne Alvis and I’m a married, mother of three from Southern Illinois. I started scrapbooking back in 2006 after my second son was born and was hooked instantly! This little hobby of mine had grown into a full blown passion for paper, memory keeping, and recording my family’s everyday lives. I’m so excited to be guest designing here at Pink Paislee and I want to thank you all for having me.
I used products from both the Cottage Farms and the Luxe Collections for my creations. The Cottage Farms patterned paper is gorgeous and so versatile to work with. I loved working with the softer colors of the line for “The Hunt” and the “Me @30” layouts and then using the bolder, more graphic sides of the paper for the “Fort Adventure” layout. It was the best of both worlds! The other amazing product that I couldn’t get enough of were the rub-ons from both collections! I honestly hadn’t used a rub-on in years until I got my hands on these and ended up using every.last.one! The Cottage Farms Journal Cards were also a huge hit with me when putting together my Project Life spread. They made it easy to add a photo or some journaling in a flash, which is always a good thing.
