Four Or More is back in 2014! Scrapbooking is all about our photos and this year we are going to focus on PHOTOS! Need help adding multiple photos to a layout? We are here to help provide ideas and inspiration that you can use.
When I saw that my first assignment for Pink Paislee was to create a layout that included four or more photos, I was so happy! Most of my layouts include several photos that help tell a story I want to remember. I’ve also been enjoying a newly re-organized scrap space with my cutting machine right next to me as I create. I had a lightbulb moment when I realized that I could use the Stackable Photo Frames cutting file to create a little booklet for my layout; something that would house a couple of extra photos!
I couldn’t go past the bright, more girly colors in the Hey Kid collection to scrap these photos of my daughter dressed up in all her finery as Fancy Nancy for Book Week at school! And that ‘Fantabulous’ title? Another Pink Paislee cut file that was very appropriate for this fancy layout!
In the above close up photo, you can see how the frames look when they are stacked up and embellished. I ended up including five photos altogether and there’s not one of them I could have left out! I love how the little flip booklet lets me add more photos (or journaling etc) but still preserves a little bit of white space in the layout.
Below you can see the other cute pages!
I added a few little embellishments to each page.
I thought I’d include a few photos here to show you just how to stack up the frames once they’re cut out of patterned paper, to form the little booklet. Remember that you can add more pages too!
This was a quick and easy technique to include more photos on my layout! I can see myself doing this again and again – especially since I have trouble deciding which photos to include!
