Title Tricks: Mix And Match

Today on Title Tricks we are going to talk about one of my favorite titling tips! Multiple Fonts! I love it when a title is composed of different word art and different fonts. I think it brings a dynamic look to the layout.

For this layout, I started by cutting two large strips of patterned papers and sewed them onto white cardstock. Then I folded a piece of vellum, sewed my photo onto it and adhered that section to the white part of the layout.

With a chipboard shape and a puffy sticker from the Hello Sunshine collection, I created the title. I love how these two elements look together. The Hello chipboard with the large font looks great with the very thin script Sunshine word.

To finish the layout I placed the embellishments : paper and vellum die-cuts, puffy stickers and chipboard stickers from the Hello Sunshine collection. They allow to create a perfect color harmony, while varying textures. I just added a few little black ink drops to created a nice contrast.

I hope this has given you a few ideas for creating fun and easy titles!
