3 Ways To….Use Ephemera

What I love the most in each new Pink Paislee collection is the ephemera packs. They include lots of pretty tiny elements like flowers, hearts, labels and other different shapes with matching colors, printed on clear acetate and paper.  Today I want to show you three ways that I was able to use pieces from the ‘Hello Sunshine’ ephemera pack.

First of all, you can use the labels and word strips in the pack to create a title for your page. The pack includes phrases that are printed on clear acetate which I love! I used one light green ‘Happiness’ word to complete my title.

Also I added a label from the ephemera pack above my chipboard alphabet title.

The second way I get use out of my ephemera bits is to add the smaller pieces to my pocket album cards. It’s a great way  to add color and decoration to my photos.

My favorite part of building a pocket page spread is to decorate the first card with the date and I like adding random shapes and embellishments around the number of the week as shown below.

The third way you can use ephemera is to create a card with them. I built a small funny card with two pieces – a clear flower and yellow paper boot.

There are so many ways to use 1 ephemera pack – it really adds to every project and is extremely versatile! Make sure you get every set.
