Hello All! Wendy here to share up an Instagram (IG) inspired post for you today! I admit that I didn’t jump on the Instagram train until a few months ago. Now I’m fully involved, loving all my IG followers, and actually it’s my most preferred social media. So, Instagram inspired this post as well as some fav iPhone photos that were just sitting on my phone begging to be printed.
A few months back I changed photo printers to the new Canon Selphy CP910. This is my most preferred source to print my iPhone pics. I love the wireless WIFI feature on the new Canon Selphy. It just makes printing phone pics easy peasy. Also, my main love of it is that it is a traveler’s best friend (raising my hand here). I’m not being paid royalties by Canon but just letting you know it’s my jam. So, definitely check it out if you are looking for a quick, super portable, and nice quality resolution in printing your phone pics. You can read more about the cool features from a past Dear Lizzy’s video share here. Instagram lovers will appreciate this printer because it encourages us to get our photos off our phones and into our scrapbooks.
For my project, I used the PicFrame app to make my photo collages and set to the 3:2 ratio option. Save the collage to your photo library to print. Then, I used the Canon iEPP app that coordinates to print through wireless WIFI to the Canon Selphy.
Lately, I’ve crushed a bit on the new Becky Higgins Project Life app. There are several cool collage features for the 4×6 size. Definitely check it out!
There are TONS of photo apps out there for your iPhone/Android but here are a few of my favs:
Here are the photos I dropped into the PicFrame app and printed out.
I also added in some cool Pink Paislee digital files to some photos prior to printing them up. Be sure to check out the Pink Paislee digital files available over at AC Digitals.
Now I share up with you the finished layout created with my ‘Insta’ inspired pictures!
I hope you enjoyed my tips & tricks to get ‘Insta’ inspired from your Instagram to creating it up on your scrapbook page!
