It’s almost the new year, Pink Paislee fans! What does that mean to you? Resolutions? New projects? One Little Word? For me it means a PARTY! I’ll take any excuse to make things a little more fancy and New Year’s Eve is one of my favorites (champagne, amiright?!) with all the sparkle and festive merriment.
Today I’m showing you this 2015 New Year set for celebrating in style:
The garland is super easy… I die cut a ton of circles, adhered them back to back, and sewed them one after the other in a line. Done!
When the clock strikes midnight it’s tradition to celebrate with noise and fanfare so I created this shaker. The base is an empty bathroom paper tube where I covered the end, added rice (not much… you don’t want it to be too heavy), and sealed the other end. I glued a pencil to the inside and left most of if sticking out for a handle, with ribbons tied around the top. I then decorated the outside.
