Today I am sharing a page I made for my son. Originally I had a page going using my silhouette and lots of little triangles, layers and well, fluff. It wasn’t making me happy at all. I set that page aside and started on this one. Going back to what I love…simple, made my creative heart sing. This is me! Pretty patterns, scattered elements, nice photo and bent edges. I guess you could say that my trick is just making my photos shine.
I used atlas tags, stickers and die cut elements along with two of my favorite papers. I have been hording these for a bit because I didn’t quite know what to do with them. They were perfect for this page.
This year we are living across from some minor league baseball players that have been nice enough to set us up with tickets to their games. Kale has been in heaven. This particular night he caught a foul ball out behind the bleachers. He was able to get it signed by most of the Potomac Nationals players. Best night ever!
The chipboard stickers and this word Adventure makes for a quick title on my page!
I am not sure you can see it very well from this photo but these letters are holographic foil over chipboard and I love the shine it gives to my page.
I love how atlas is not just for travels. I can use it for everyday adventures, too.
