Elodie

Tell us a little bit about yourself: Hi everyone! My name is Elodie Lusseau. I live in a village by the sea in the west of France with my partner, our two daughters, aged 10 and 6, and our French Bulldog. I was a high school teacher before having my girls. I’m addicted to coffee, chocolate, pastries, and paper!

How did you get started scrapbooking? I discovered scrapbooking five years ago when I was looking to make my own baby album after the birth of my second daughter. I was amazed by what some crafters could make. I decided to give it a try and I haven’t stopped since!

What is your favorite Pink Paislee product? I love Paige’s collections – they’re always so pretty and colorful! Another favorite of mine is Cedar Lane. It’s just the cutest fall line ever! As far as supplies are concerned, I have a soft spot for patterned papers. I think you can do pretty much anything with paper!

5 fun facts about you:
1. I’m a big fan of scary movies and horror shows. The scarier the better!
2. I hate driving. It makes me so nervous.
3. I live by the sea but I can’t swim.
4. I’m into rock and metal music. I like listening to my favorite bands when I’m scrapping.
5. I love using flowers on my scrappy projects but I can’t keep an actual flower alive!

Love EverydayI like using stitching on my layouts. Here I created ornaments hanging down from the photo and the title using pretty stickers from the Paige Evans #StickerBook. I backed some of them with white paper and adhered them with foam squares to make them pop. I love how the black and white pic stands out against the colorful papers and embellies!

Have FunI went with a fun and striking design for this Halloween layout using Turn the Page frames and paper strips. I folded up the edges of the papers for dimension and I made clusters with Turn the Page embellies and stickers from the #StickerBook. I also used one of the pretty clear phrase stickers for the title.

Wonderful youI love creating scenes on my layouts. For this page focusing on my Frenchie, I made a shooting star using Turn the Page 6×6 papers and washi strips from the Paige Evans #StickerBook. I embellished the star with more stickers as well as die cuts from the Turn the Page collection. I also added a bit of shine to my page with copper foiled stickers.

Hello 6I made this colorful birthday card for my youngest daughter who turned 6 a couple of days ago. I used a paper from the Turn the Page 6×6 pad for the base. So handy and easy! Then I made yummy layers using Oh My Heart 6×6 papers and a hand cut six that I adorned with pretty stickers from the #StickerBook. I also stitched the edges of the six for added detail and texture.

Christmas Gift BagsIt’s the first time I made gift bags and I love how they turned out! I created Christmas scenes on kraft bags using Turn the Page patterned papers and cute animals from the Paige Evans #StickerBook. I also made Christmas trees with more pretty stickers and fussy cut stars. I added sticker strips and a doily for the sky and I finished off my bags with star stickers as well as Turn the Page ribbons and paper clips that I topped with alpha stickers from the #StickerBook. I loved playing with these stickers – they can be used in so many fun and creative ways!
