Spotlight: Jen Schow

Let @craftyjenschow show you how to create a rainbow of colors with stickers and die cuts from the @PinkPaislee #WildChild collection.

Hey scrappy friends! I’m so excited to be joining the Pink Paislee design team for 2018! I┬ástarted scrapbooking since I was twelve. So, as soon as I started earning money from babysitting, it all went to scrapbook supplies.

Today I’m sharing a layout that I created using mostly the Wild Child collection. I love all of the fun icons and they worked perfectly with this photo of my daughter at school, showing me how organized her desk is. She LOVES organizing (and scrapbooking)!

Let @craftyjenschow show you how to create a rainbow of colors with stickers and die cuts from the @PinkPaislee #WildChild collection.I don’t know about you, but my inner 12-year-old still loves putting tons of stickers on paper. I love stickers. So I decided to make a rainbow of color using stickers, puffy stickers, chipboard stickers, die cuts, and rub-ons.

It just makes me happy and I feel like it makes separate things feel like they were meant to go together.

Here, for example, the rainbow colors remind me of a box of crayons. I created a messy stack of copy paper under my photos and added some old book pages as well. All of those things fit the school theme and that just makes my heart happy, even if no one else notices!

The struggle was oh so real. But unlike many other times, I like how it turned out in the end. Tell me you do this too! If you’d like to see how it came together for me, you can watch the process video.

Hope this gives you an urge to go to town with your stickers or make a rainbow on your next layout!

Oh my gosh, what a fun page! I seriously thought your background was patterned paper at first glance. This is great.
