Hello lovely Pink Paislee friends. Donna here back on the blog with a couple of new cards using the Horizon collection.
I always say that making a card is always a challenge for me. The thinking process takes me longer than the actual making of the cards, to be honest. It’s what happened with today’s project. Ha!
I used some flower die cuts that have been in my stash for the longest time. I rarely use my die cutting stuff and I have to admit I had fun with this project. I think I will use more of those long-forgotten die cutting things more often for sure.
I did a bit of mixed media on the background by splattering metallic spray mists and white acrylic paint as well as adding stitching.
I used rhinestones to accentuate the centers of the flowers. I adhered the flowers with foam tape for a bit of dimension. A stamped happy birthday sentiment completed the cards.
Check out my tutorial for this on the Pink Paislee Instagram. Thanks for dropping by and see you in my next post!
