Hey there, friends! Enza here, and today I’m sharing a new layout with the beautiful Indigo & Ivy collection. Don’t you just love the contrasting colors and unique images in this collection? I just can’t stop playing with it. It’s so beautiful that you don’t need much more than a few embellishments to create a lovely page.
Once again, I went with one of my favorite techniques: fussy cutting. This time, instead of flowers, I fussy cut all the feathers from Paper 10. I’m not a big fan of green for scrapbook layouts, but the papers in this collection have that “something” that makes them extra special.
I started by trimming the cut-apart patterned paper (Paper 01) – I love tags, so I thought it would be fun to use several on my layout. I arranged the feathers to form my bottom layer, using foam adhesive to give them dimension.
I then layered the tags on top. I added patterned paper behind them so to create separation from the background and used light pink ribbon for the top.
I trimmed the photo to fit the 3×4 card included in the cut-apart paper and embellished it with more stickers and fussy cut flowers. This collection comes with lots and lots of sentiments, which I used all over the page.
I also love the Ephemera with Foiled and Glitter Accents. They are the perfect size for a title and give the page the right amount of sparkle and fun. Puffy hearts finished the page.
I hope I have given you some ideas for your next scrapbook layout. I really like how this turned out and can’t wait to play more with the lovely Indigo & Ivy collection.
