Hello, lovely Pink Paislee readers. It’s Donna here once again with a new scrapbook layout using the Truly Grateful collection by Paige Evans. I would say this is one of my favorite layouts to date because I was able to document another milestone in my daughter’s life. She started Kindergarten this month and every day there is a new thing we discover and we learn from her.
I started with a splattering of some watercolors onto white cardstock. I trimmed it to about 10 x 10 inches and used a decorative border punch then adhered it onto Paper 24.
Then I also trimmed Paper 06 to about 9 x 9 inches and adhered it on top of the watercolored cardstock. I fussy cut the cute apples from Paper 12 and placed them on the top and bottom of Paper 06.
For the big letters “K” & “G”, I printed and traced them and used Paper 17 (bottom) and Paper 09 (top) mounted with foam tape. I decorated the letters with some stickers, die cuts, and enamel hearts. The tiny alphas are from the Whimsical collection.
I had fun decorating this layout and created layers and clusters of stickers, die cuts, and buttons!
For the final touch, I used a couple of the Truly Grateful journal spots and hid them under the photos.
I hope you liked my layout as much as I do. Thank you for dropping by and I hope you have a happy crafty day today!
