Hello, PP fans. Enza here and today I’m bringing you a new layout using the gorgeous Truly Grateful collection. The only thing I knew when I started this layout was that I wanted to fussy cut all the frames from Paper 22 and go from there. Creating big clusters of embellishments and layered elements is my absolute favorite, so it wasn’t too much of a guess how I would end up using them. Here’s the layout:
I started by placing the frames to the left side of the background, making sure to alternate shapes and colors for variety and a fun look. I used foam adhesive to achieve dimension and allow me to insert additional ephemera pieces in between the fussy-cut elements. To bring in a pop of color, I also die cut circles from patterned paper and arranged them here and there around the cluster.
After matting the photo with colorful paper from the cut-apart sheet, I adhered it on top of the cluster and decorated around it.
I fussy cut flowers and leaves and used the floral die cuts that came with the collection to accent and complete the look. Wood buttons and shapes add a rustic element, while the pink title brings everything together.
To balance the page, I created a small cluster in the bottom right corner of the page. I used one of the sentiments included in the 2×2 Paper Pad, cut it in strips, and stapled it down. A fussy cut flower, puffy stickers, and more frames completed the page.
I love how this layout turned out. It has dimension and texture and I can’t get enough of all the pretty embellishments. Thank you for stopping by. Have a great day!
