Word It Wednesday – Hi!

Hi all! Karola here with new Word for Wednesday.

It is always good to give a sign for someone about thinking and remembering. Sometimes just enough a short word or a small card.

But why not made a card with the word “Hi!” at the front and the warm words in the inside? I think the card with the word “Hi” will be suitable for many occasions … Sometimes it must be given to whether or not you have the friend with whom you’ve seen a long ago, someone, whom you want to greet and you thinking of her/him? Or maybe you have new neighbors and would like to know them better? Delicious cake plus this card will be a nice gift. Sometimes we send packages to friends from far away – why not add to box this type of card? Set of cards with very nice word “Hi!” always be a great handmade gift!

My cards have unusual shapes – I’ve made a bracket shape card and the second is a cloud shape card with a sun.

Word it Wednesday

Hi everyone its Word It Wednesday with me, Malin!
This has to be one of my favorite blog themes because it seems like the possibilities are endless and it just kick started my creativity!
I thought long about which word i should scrap about.. At first i wanted to do a sort of new years resolutions page and then started to play with the word year in my head. I thought about what i wanted for this year and that lead me into thinking about something that is in my thoughts a lot right now.
I decided to scrap about it even though its not an easy subject, but its good to get your thoughts down on paper and to scrap about hard things also, it gives a sense of relief..

For about one year ago we decided that it was time to try to have another child i was so excited about trying to give the little girl here a brother or a sister.
My joy when the + sign came up on the pregnancy test was endless.. Unfortunately it ended up with a miscarriage. And so did the following pregnancy.  I still hope for another baby even though the whole process is a bit more scary now. And this is what the word Year ended up with to scrap about my feelings the last year and how i still have faith in getting another little one.

I have used mostly things from the queen bee collection, it is so gorgeous  and i love the color palette in it, from dark chocolate to light yellow green hues, and many of the papers has patterns that you can cut out and use as decorations. It gave a contrast to my photo that has a lot of pink in it. I still wanted some pink on my layout so i punched out some butterflies and added the fun new cork buttons as centers for them!

I took one of the borders from the Borderlines Clear Stickers and since my papers where so dark i decided to let the sticker stay on the sheet i cut around it and added it to my page as a border

And if you get inspired from the blog themes don’t forget to add your  Pink Paislee projects to the live pink gallery!!

Have a great Wednesday everyone
