Pink Paislee reserves the right to make changes to product offerings, prices, and terms without written notice. Pink Paislee is not responsible for printing errors or typographical errors on literature, price lists, or on its website. Actual product colors may vary from printed colors or web images. Pink Paislee does not sell direct to consumers. A business license and / or a resale tax certificate is required to establish a wholesale account.
minimum order
We DO NOT HAVE a minimum order policy. However, individual products must be ordered in inner pack quantities listed on the order form.
payment methods:
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All orders must be pre-paid. All credit cards are processed for payment when the order is available to ship. All prices are in US Dollars.
domestic shipping:
All orders are shipped FOB Kansas City, Missouri. We ship all domestic packages via UPS ground unless a specific carrier is requested. Actual freight charges will be added to your order subtotal.
international shipping:
All orders are shipped FOB Kansas City, Missouri. International customers are responsible for all customs and duties. A $5.00 handling fee will be added to all International orders to cover additional processing.
return requests:
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from date of delivery. Returns will be shipped at store owners expense and a 15% restocking fee will be required. Refunds will be issued after a satisfactory inspection has been performed. All product packages must be unopened and in their original inner pack cartons. We cannot accept returns on partial packs or packages with price stickers.
order errors:
Please report any order errors or shortages within 7 days from date of delivery. Please be sure you count all packages before signing for a shipment.
order cancellations:
All orders that cannot be processed for payment within 14 days will be cancelled and promotional discounts or special offers will be forfeited. We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel orders, or suspend wholesale accounts.
