1. Click HERE and complete our online registration form OR click HERE to download a paper registration form that you can complete and fax back to us.
2. After you have submitted the registration form either online or via paper fax you will need to email a copy of your business certificate and/or resale tax certificate to [email protected] or fax a hard copy to 816-883-8260. We must have your business documentation on file before we can activate your account or provide information on wholesale pricing and ordering.
3. Lastly, we ask that you add [email protected] to your address book or safe senders list in order to receive your welcome email from us! For some reason our emails often go into spam folders so PLEASE don’t skip this step. If you don’t receive your welcome email you will miss out on important information including pricing, catalog links, web account info and more!
PLEASE NOTE: If you don’t receive a welcome email within 24 hours of submitting your business forms please contact us; we might not have received your documents.
